Filling Station is a locally-owned neighborhood bar & grill. One of the most attractive attributes is the hot and freshly made food. Homemade wing sauces, breaded and battered appetizers and hand-pressed and fried tacos are just some examples. Along with our incredible food, we have a great selection of draft beer lines that range from a variety of domestic beer to some import and craft beers. We also provide bottle beer and a full bar starting with basic liquor to top-shelf bourbons and tequilas.

The Filling Station has history that goes back many years ago. The building was previously a mechanic shop, which is where the name of the bar & grill originated from. After the mechanic shop closed, the building was then turned into a bar, which eventually was sold and became The Filling Station bar & grill of Kokomo.

The Filling Station was taken over as a family business in September in 2012. The idea behind the bar & grill was to be a place people could come to for a sports game, the best food in town, reasonable prices and friendly and fun service. The owners added a jukebox, pool tables, pull tabs and a dart board for additional entertainment. In 2017/2018, the enclosed patio areas were added to the building, to make accommodations for both smokers and non smokers outside. After many years of hard work and dedication, the managers took over as owners in 2021.
